How Sports Benefits You
Deep Tissue Sports Massage, shouldn’t be confused with Deep Pressure Massage, massage that could hurt. You don’t need to feel pain to have an effective massage. Deep Tissue Sports Massage focuses on specific problem areas to release and realign deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is especially helpful if you have chronically tense and contracted areas like a stiff neck, low back tightness, or sore shoulders.
You don’t need to feel pain to have an effective massage.
If you have chronic muscle tension or injury, you likely have adhesions (fibrous bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can block circulation and cause your pain. Deep Tissue Massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
